You may have seen in yesterday’s outfit post, I was sporting some new kicks. Let’s face it, it was about time. Buying new trainers has been on my list to get for a long time, but you know how other things just get in the way, my shopping to get list is ever growing. So when Superga got in touch to invite me to visit their new shop in Bath, it was very well timed and I was delighted. In all honesty, I hadn’t heard of the brand before they got in touch, but when I checked out the website and the first thing I saw was sparkly mid tops, I knew this was a brand I could work with!
They very kindly offered me a voucher to spend to check out the shopping experience in the new, fresh and modern store. I have always had a bit of a love affair with Bath, it holds a lot of romantic memories between Brad and I. I always like to pretend I am posh enough to live their, but in reality Bristol suits me much better, but enjoy the pretence! Bath is so beautiful and the new Superga store is located at the bottom of Milsom place in the heart of the towns stone architecture.
Although the store is small, it’s perfectly formed with minimalistic furniture and a clean crisp and modern decor, except for the sole vintage moped that had been cut in half to be used as a feature display. The store stocks just a small selection of styles in a variety of colours, I was drawn immediately to the glittery ones. Then I saw a few more that caught my eye and for a while I was torn between about four designs. My preconception before trying them on was that I would walk away with a pair of metallic silvers flats and some flatforms. In reality I went for comfort (after choosing my fav styles) to help me make my final decision, I went for these, and these.
