Last week, I was lucky enough to be invited to Cabot Circus to experience a selection of restaurants for their Summer Food Fest. Living in Bristol, we are spoilt for choice of places to eat but Cabot Circus has always been a fav choice of mine since moving here. It has so much choice under one roof and the parking is cheap after 5pm too.
I met up with a group of bloggers to try a few taster menus and all the food was delicious. We had a selection of starters in Zizzi‘s first, then mains and cocktails in Chimichanga‘s next, then finishing up for a delicious dessert in Frankie and Benny‘s after. Brad also came to meet me once we had finished and we went on to the Showcase cinema to watch Suicide Squad in the Directors Hall. I’ve never seen a 3D movie before, or been in the Directors hall, which is so fancy!
As part of the Summer Food Festival, Cabot Circus is offering some great offers and discounts via the Cabot Circus Plus App. The Plus App is an easy way to find great deals and experience fantastic food. It can be downloaded and accessed for free via the Cabot Circus homepage, the app store on IOS or Google Play on Android phones and is very simple to use. The Cabot Circus Plus App also runs countless competitions for example winning a whole year’s worth of Wagamama!
If you’re Bristol based and looking for somewhere to eat this weekend, you can download the app from the appstore which has a load of offers you can take advantage of as part of their Summer Food Fest month. It’s the last weekend this weekend so be sure to make the most of it.
Although Zizi’s starters were lush, my fav place was Chimichanga – it was right up my street being SO colourful! AND they have 241 cocktails until Sunday if you have the Plus App. I went for Nachos for my main course and they were amazing, the food was so fresh. I was really impressed as I’ve never been there before.
