Morning lovely! Happy Monday!! So the weekend is over but I am feeling so positive about the week ahead. We watched the most amazing film last night called About Time, it really made me step back and think about how I really take life for granted some times (in sure we’re all guilty of that!) and that I really need to appreciate every day more. So that is my mission for this week (and beyond!) to live every day to the full. I do actually feel like I managed to do that last week, more subconsciously, but I had a really positive week.
I did let myself down a little over the weekend, however. I had the girls over on Friday night for a lovely dinner party. I got very drunk, had a great night and was very confused about what had happened when I woke up on Saturday lunchtime (!), more hungover than I have ever been! I spent all day on the sofa aside from setting myself the challenge of cleaning up the kitchen so it was spotless for Brads arrival home that night. Needless to say it was a bit of a wasted (and high calorie intake) kinda day!
Sunday was much more productive, Brad was home and we went for a lovely walk in the winter sunshine with the dogs. We did our weekly food shopping, got back on the smoothies and soup. I got some YouTube videos finished, which is usually what Saturday is for, whilst Brad watched football. It was topped off with a roast chicken and mash dinner and the aforementioned film!
So I’m feeling really productive for the week ahead! I hope you have an awesome one too!
