Good afternoon beauts! Happy Monday! How was your weekend? Tell me all about it Tweet: @mermaidgossip I’d love to know if you did anything fun. I have been trying to make a conscious effort to get out the house more to blow some brain cobwebs away, I spend far too much time alone (or in puppy company) in the house and it’s not until I get out that I realise how much good it does me. On Saturday I took puggy for a long walk around Totterdown. I walked up and down every street off of the Wells Road to take more photos of front doors. I have now become a girl obsessed with a colourful front door. Wow, so rock n roll! It’s really great to have a new photography project to get my teeth in to and my eyes are always open to colour around me. Don’t forget, you can now buy my prints on a variety of products.
I had a photo booth booking in Portishead on Saturday night and got to meet Mike Baldwin off of Corrie. I haven’t watch corrie in about 15years but I was still excited to meet a famous. He was lovely and his daughter who booked me for her husbands birthday was so fun and chatty and it was a lovely intimate party of friends and family.
Brad and I spent our special Sunday together and we took the dogs for a wonder around Bristol harbour. Then we dropped the dogs home and didn’t want to go home ourselves yet so we went over to St Werburghs City farm. I have never been to the area so it was a great intro to a new area in Bristol. It’s so quirky, full of hipsters and funky tree houses. It’s now on my list of places to go for outfit post locations for sure! If you haven’t been to The Farm (the actual farm or the pub) they’re both worth a visit. I’m also told the pub does amazing roast dinners, I’ll definitely be going back to try one soon.
