I touched on my birthday party in yesterday’s post but today I wanted to share with you how I made my custom Let’s Flamingle photo booth backdrop. I’m going to be setting my tropical photo booth up in the #girlshed. I already have a pink back wall and a colourful hanging wool art (just coloured wool hung over a bit of dowling) but I wanted to extend the tropical theme to the backdrop too.
It was so easy to make, here’s how I did it.
Print off “Let’s Flamingle” in your chosen font. I use my brand font Oswald and I’d advise using a bold font in capitals, not only for the look of it but also so it’s easier to cut out of you’re not an expert cutter!
You will need your choice of colours of foam glitter sheets. I picked these up from The Range and went for my iconic blue and pink but as it’s a celebration, I’m adding some hints of gold. This foam is sticky backed too so it’s much easier to stick them to your chosen backdrop fabric.
Cut out your paper letters and use them as a cutting template to cut out your foam.
Peel the back off the letters and arrange and stick them up!
