If your a long time reader, you’ll know that our garden has been a huge work in progress since we moved in. Over the last two years it has had a massive over haul. It was so grown over to begin with that you couldn’t even see the garage at the end. It’s been stripped back, levelled out, built back up and transformed in to the beauty it is today. It is Brad and my passion to be creative, we’re do-ers and we enjoy creating something unique for ourselves.

I am so happy with the space now (I may or may not have mentioned that a few times already) there’s still some finishing touches and evolving to do. But it’s brand new and I love it, and I can’t wait to watch all my new plants grow. We have a selection of herbs too and I’d like to try building a raised bed for some growing some vegetables.

My shed is the best place ever to sit, write and work. I could stay in here forever ( you can probably imagine that most of the posts you will read over summer will have been written from here, unless otherwise stated!) it’s a peaceful and tranquil (and kitch) space for my creativity to flow.

Watch the video to get a few tips on how you could add some colour to your summer garden.
