This seems to happen every autumn, my inner rock chick, indie ways start to creep back in. Away go all the bright colours of summer and out come the blacks, deep reds, dark nails and brown lips. My witchy soul fights to get out around this time of year, well it is nearly Halloween, so what better time for going a bit darker.
This week we went to a gig in Bristol to see Bear’s Den at the Trinity Centre, who I am loving right now. If you haven’t listened to them, you absolutely need to. The perfect autumn sound track for your inner rock chick. Brad and I have been listening to them on Spotify (along with a mixture of other tracks perfect for AW, you can take a listen here) every moment we can. I love finding a bunch of albums you can play through out the season, some new, some nostalgic – all creating memories of the future.
We had a great time at the gig and Bear’s Den even came to do an unplugged version of one of their songs in the middle of the crowd, right in front of us, that was amazing!
