It’s no longer an option, just to post a blog post and hope that it will be magically discovered by people via organic SEO. Therefore you need to be smarter about your blog post marketing these days and follow a specific workflow to promote your work.
The bloggersphere is saturated with bloggers, all trying to find their audience. We are all trying to break through the white noise to stand out. It’s great that everyone is trying to find their niche in the world/help others/create their own future, and I encourage that, as a result you can often feel like you’re up against a lot of competition.
I used to think having a great looking blog aesthetic, creating a well written post (sometimes) with great photos, was enough to get noticed – well it’s not. You need to promote yourself and make it as easy as possible for your future following/readers/viewers to find you. It’s hard to keep up with all the places to share your work and in all the hustle and bustle of being busy, even I forget sometimes. I’ve created this helpful workflow to help you work through each one to make sure you don’t miss anything!
Get it to the habit of sharing your blog post after you’ve published each one, these are good habits to form and will help you to grow your traffic to your blog.
